Virgin Mobile 2012- Technology Time

Virgin is the popular mobile network famous to provide seamless services in many ways to the masses.  It is well setup in many parts of the globe and it has launched various technological revolutions from time to time.  Recently it has launched its smartphones devices which has made good place in the markets.  Other handsets such as HTC, Samsung, Nokia and Blackberry have great offers working on this very network.  Virgin Mobile has one of the best voice and text messaging services in the country. The plans offered by Virgin are simple and you can easily identify which plan will suit you most. Virgin Mobile gives you many options to connect to its services.  With the Virgin Mobile smart phone pay as you go option, there is no lock-in, so you have the freedom to use the network (and having to pay) only when you wish to. Again, the rates are very competitive with attractive incentives every time you top up. This option is great for those who text a lot, want to go online without worrying about how much it will cost them and make calls to different networks. When you have exhausted your credit, you can still send call-back texts to family/friends asking them to call you back.

Some of the products launched by Virgin Mobile Network are as follows.  The MiFi 2200 combines an extraordinarily easy-to-use device with a great pay as-you-go mobile Internet bandwidth plan.  Virgin Mobile inverts the model and bases its monthly plans on unlimited messaging and web access. The plans, known as Beyond Talk, start at $35.00 per month, which gives unlimited text, data, web and email access. Clearly, the plan is aimed at those who text and use social networking sites like Facebook and Twitter for the bulk of their mobile communicating, because the plan includes only 300 minutes of talk time per month. Any voice calls beyond that are charged at $.10 per minute. The next level of the plan is essentially the same except that it includes 1200 minutes of talk time for $45.00 monthly.

Various other services of virgin include all time customer care service.  Virgin Mobile offers a good level of customer service, and it almost always gets positive reviews.  Virgin Mobile approaches pricing plans a bit differently than most other carriers, with its data and message-centric structure. The plans will be ideal for some types of users, but not of much interest to others. Even if you email them from their website, there is generally a quick response from customer service representatives. There are no hidden fees, monthly bills or exclusive contracts to sign with the majority of Virgin Mobile smartphone deals either.
