When it comes of warfare then things can get severe
in no time. Many a times it can happen
that the soldier cannot get the first aid measures to stop further blood
flow. Thus it is very necessary to have
some first aid kit at that time. US Army
had taken the initiative to make such techno soldiers with first aid kit
installed in their clothing itself. This
would contain of all the necessary medicines that a soldier may need at that crucial
time. Ground troops need to be
sufficiently armed and equipped with the latest and greatest weaponry and
gadgets to maximize their chances of victory and survival on the ground.
IFAK is better known as the individual first aid kit
to meet the severe conditions at the warfare. It is said to support “all the
critical items to the individual Soldier’s medical needs” and “allows the
Soldier to place it on (his or her) body in a spot where it can be easily
accessible, which is the critical piece, but also not get in the way of other
important tactical pieces of equipment.”
So this is a uniform that every soldier deserves. A uniform that makes a soldier relieved of
the fact that he’ll perform the best of his practice. Henceforth, all armies should look into the
matter of providing such kits to each and every individual so that he may
perform first aid in those deadly situations.
