Steps to make your computer a webserver

1.      Enable Opera Unite service at Opera Web Browser.  Double Click the File Sharing link and select the folder whose content you want to share on the web.

2.     Always be connected to the internet to host your files.

3.     High bandwidth is required because it directly interacts with your computer rather than uploading anything to its own servers.
