Dish TV has provided the benefit of cutting edge technology, which has
resulted in Dish TV being the first and only operator in India to beam live-TV
in Airlines, Buses and Indian Railways. The nationwide presence of Dish TV with
a very large number of dealers, distributors, service franchisees, Dish Shoppers
and Dish Care Centers, with affordable and relevant offerings across genres has
contributed towards Dish TV continuing to be the largest DTH operator in the
country. Dish TV shall not be liable in
any manner whatsoever towards conducting the games/tournament and/or towards
management of the same including but not limited to the delivery of the Car to
the winners and all correspondences and communications in relation to the same
shall be only between the winner on one side and India games/Maruti Suzuki on
the other side. Dish TV India Limited is
neither a sponsor nor is involved in any way in conducting the game/
tournament.
Dish
TV, Maruti Suzuki and India games ltd. reserve all rights to make amendments to
the existing rules pertaining to the tournament, without prior notice or any
compensation to any party for the same.
Dish TV or its affiliates or agencies and Maruti Suzuki or its
affiliates or agencies shall not be held responsible for any loss / malfunction
including data loss, crashing of operating system etc. occurring to devise used
for playing the tournament. Dish TV, India
games and Maruti Suzuki and/or their directors, employees, officers,
affiliates, parent company, or subsidiaries shall have no liability in tort,
contract, or otherwise (and as permitted by law, product liability), to any
participant and/or any third party. Dish
TV, Maruti Suzuki and India games ltd. and its affiliates, subsidiaries reserve
the right to cancel/ postpone/ stop/ terminate the Tournament at their sole
discretion.
Dish
TV and its officers shall not also be responsible in any manner whatsoever for
the manufacturing quality/ warranty/ performance/ after sale service/
suitability of the Car and/or Dish TV shall not be liable for any loss, damage,
theft, breakage, malfunction or any defect caused to or noticed in the prizes
and / or in respect of the Car and any other prize before or after handing over
the same to the winners. Dish TV, Maruti
Suzuki and India games Ltd. are not liable for any loss occurring to the
participant due to participation in the tournament. Dish TV and Maruti Suzuki has not checked the
suitability / compatibility of the Application (Game) used to play the Tournament. Dish TV, Maruti Suzuki and India games ltd.
are not responsible for any errors or omissions with regard to the Tournament,
its provision through any platforms/ networks or the manner of selection and
announcement of winners.
With
8.4 Million Subscribers, Dish TV retains one third of the entire DTH market
despite stiff competition from other 5 DTH players. The recent success in installation of Dish TV
