Que.  I have two machines in my workplace. Single copy of Windows 8 pro could be used in both machines?

Ans.  No, you have to buy a separate copy for both the systems.

Que.  Is it possible to deactivate one machine license of Windows 8 pro and use the same license with other computer?

Ans.  Yes, you can use one deactivated license with other machine but that earlier computer must be formatted completely.  If found that the earlier computer is not formatted you license is liable to be disabled.
