It
would be the month of March when the iPad 3 would be launched most probably. Apple fans have got a surprise after listening
to the announcement. This would be the
next version of Mac OS X, 10.8, which was released today. It would be termed as Mountain Lion. Well, this is very certain that the gadget
will arrive to the local public anytime this summer. Although, it was just a minor OS X update;
relatively from Leopard to Snow Leopard.
The biggest changes are programs pertaining to the iCloud-related
automatic file saving tasks that would allow text, notes and other documents.
They
also introduced AirPlay support and Game Center on OS X. This would indeed turn the Mac into full time
gaming platform and the gadget would have great influence on the young
generation/game lovers. You would be
able to send the files from your Mac to iOS.
The notification center and the reminder apps are still the same as it
was earlier. When it comes of social
networking, it is equipped with all the updated software’s, an unprecedented
feature in the desktop OS. Gateway is
the very new service that supports any application to be installed in your
Mac. This act as a security measure and
overall increasing the security of the data within.
Apple
is very serious towards cloud networking.
Hence it provides a very good cloud connection and thus sharing of the
data becomes easy and most reliable. Thus,
Mountain Lion is available as a developer preview. The Message app is available to everyone as
an open beta.
