How can I share my home printer over internet with security?

Well friends, most of the times it happens like a tedious job to make a fax.  Sometimes one can use common method via email to print the documents, pictures etc. over the distance from country to country. No more tedious job to perform now-onwards.  Here we’ll tell you about cloud computing/printing.

If you have a local printer attached at your home/office that connects the internet, you can print your documents in no time without any difficulty.  All you need is to share your printer by Printer Sharing option.  The only thing needed to host computer/printer is that it must be on at the time of printing command.  This is beneficial if you don’t want to provide the soft copy to the host.

Now suppose your friend need some notes of yours and you don’t wont to allow him with the soft copy, so this technique of Cloud Computing seems to be fit in this regard.

In actual there are two ways to perform Cloud Computing

1.      You can upgrade to an ePrint Printer that supports printing through email, but this service provides soft copy to the host.

2.     The latest option is to use Google Chrome Cloud Print service that is totally free.

How to configure printer for Cloud Computing?

Share local printer over Internet:-
1.       In Google Chrome browser open Tools / Options (Preferences) / Under the hoodHere it will display Google Cloud Print login page.  Simply login with your Google account.

2.      Choose Finish Printer registration and all the printers can be accessed via Internet.
